THIS IS A GEORGIA SPECIFIC TRAINING In this training, students will review GAR contracts and sections pertinent to closing. Real estate contracts will be introduced. Students will learn both general contract terms (boilerplate) and terms specific to a particular transaction. Specific terms include property identification, sales price, closing date, earnest (good faith) money, buyer, seller, realtors, and any other agreements between the parties (special stipulations). Contract exhibits, such as seller’s property disclosure, and contract amendments, such as a change in sales price, will also be explained. STEPS TO ACCESS VIDEO LIBRARY 1.
