Is there a refund policy for the cost of the training program?

Application and course fees are non-refundable.

However, if you apply and are unable to attend,

you will have up to a year to complete the course.

Does your training only apply to Georgia?

No.

We address closing protocols across the US.

Currently, there is no professional license required.

However, attendees will receive a certificate of completion.

If you are new to the industry, this can provide a hiring advantage.

CE and CLE credits are available in GA (realtors and attorneys) and FL (attorneys and escrow officers).

Am I guaranteed a job after completing all 9 workshops?

While we cannot guarantee employment, we work with our extensive network of clients to assist with career placement.

After our pilot program in 2021, all graduates received
job offers within a week of completing the course.

Is training in-person or remote?

We offer both options throughout the year.

Will this career path enable me to work from home?

Does completing the training program provide
a professional licensure?

Most closings occur in-person,
and most jobs positions are with real estate law firms.

Some firms are open to offering remote or hybrid positions
after some time and experience with the company.

Do I need a PayPal account

No.
