Real Estate Closing Path The February Edit
As we enter the second month of 2022, we are already halfway through our second round of training. We have seven students in class who are learning all about the real estate closing process, including industry vocabulary, how to read a contract, understanding the closing process and timeline, as well as hands-on access to software, such as SoftPro, Qualia, and LandTech.
We've had an amazing line-up of industry leaders as guest speakers, and we look forward to many more. Our students gain extensive knowledge about all aspects of the industry by hearing from realtors, title experts, attorneys, lenders, and more! Truly, this is a community endeavor to grow industry professionals who are ready to work for you. Wishing you a happy February!
